Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver to our community every day?
Mercury Pharmacy Services delivers 7 days a week.

Our community is in a remote location. Do you have a mail order program?
Yes, we have a FedEx overnight program for deliveries when a community is in a rural location.

Can I order online?
Using our NetRx interface, nursing staff can log in to our system. You are able to place orders for new and refill medications, get drug information, check the status of delivery and view pictures of the actual pills with imprints.

Do you have a Consultant Pharmacist?
Yes, our Consultant Pharmacist will visit your community regularly.

What is a cycle fill?
A cycle fill is simply filling all of your routine medications automatically every month on a specified day. This process reduces nursing time significantly and makes the reorder process easy.

Do you print monthly MARs (Medication Administration Records)?
Yes, we provide most of our communities with a laser quality MAR that includes common side effects, allergies and diagnosis information.

What is the process to set up a new community?
Please call our sales department and we will set up a short list of items needed to set up your community or home. It typically can be done in less than 30 days. Larger communities usually require a 60 day set up period.
