Our account managers are some of our most experienced employees, selected for their excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
The rules, regulations, and operations in long-term care are complex and evolving. Our consultants will help your community optimize efficiency, improve medication outcomes, and manage costs. Skilled nursing facilities are assigned a dedicated consultant to manage monthly medication regimen reviews, ensure compliance with regulations, and advise on policies and clinical plans. Consultants are available for assisted living and boarding homes when requested.

History
Mercury Pharmacy Services was founded in 2001 with a mission to provide exceptional customer service and specialized medication packaging not found at retail pharmacies. The founder, pharmacist Steve Boulanger, is passionate about serving those with unique medication needs. He recognized the need for a pharmacy that could provide flexible solutions to assist nurses and caregivers with the medication administration process. The company has grown, embracing technological advancements in robotics and connectivity with various electronic health record platforms. We focus on building customer relationships, listening to customer feedback, and providing high-quality pharmaceutical care.
